Tangalooma resort on the inshore side of Moreton island is the largest and best known of these and has the added tourist attraction of a pod of wild dolphins that come to the resort every evening to be fed and entertain the visitors. The resort itself is beachfront and has a range of accommodation that caters for most budgets.
